Tellicherry Paneer

Marinated and grilled cottage cheese seasoned with tellicherry pepper

 

Paired with: Chennai Spicy Margarita

Chili infused top shelf tequila, fresh cilantro, fresh citrus pulp, mint, lime and lemon grass syrup

 

Samosa

Unusual twist crisp potato patty stuffed with spiced peas

 

Paired with: Flamingo Mocktail

Coconut crème, orange juice, grenadine, melon and peach syrup

 

Calamari Manglorian

Salt and pepper calamari, tossed with onions and curry leaves, served with house made chili- tamarind

 

Chicken Pakora

Marinated all white chicken fritters served with homemade sweet tomato chutney

 

Both paired with: Kingfisher

Euro Pale Lager, United Breweries – UB Group, India

Bitterish flavor with notes of corn sugar, some honey and black pepper

Tandoori Khoobiyan

A mix grill of tandoori chicken, chicken tikka, lamb kebab and shrimp, and fish

Grilled chicken prepared in tomato cream sauce

Halibut, coconut fish curry with black mustard and red chilies

Aromas of apple, pear, vanilla, and butter. The fresh citrus and tropical fruit flavors blend smoothly with the creamy butter, vanilla, and toasty flavors of barrel fermentation
