CREATED ACCIDENTALLY ON A SLOW NIGHT OF SERVICE IN DOWNTOWN AUSTIN, THE ORIGINAL KIMCHI FRIES ARE NOW SERVED AT EVERY AUSTIN EVENT AND FESTIVAL THROUGHOUT THE YEAR AND HAVE BECOME THE FOOD SYNONYMOUS WITH A GOOD TIME.
