Beers

Greenhouse

India Pale Ale

ABV: 7.6%

IBU: 71

The Greenhouse series, spawned from their 3 bbl pilot system, is ode to their expressive usage of hops! Each month they release around 300 cases per batch and change the hop varieties they use for dry-hopping in order to give you a different aroma and flavor experience each month. Every Greenhouse IPA release will be a little different, and all due to the wondrous contribution of one of their favorite plants!

The One They Call Zoe

Pale Lager

ABV: 5.2%

IBU: 18

The One They Call Zoe is an excitedly drinkable pale lager brewed in a mildly traditional manner similar to many German lagers of the old world, but dry-hopped to add an extra layer of complexity. This beer is based on pale and Vienna malts light to golden in color with a beautiful white layer of foam delivering floral and citrus dry-hop aromatics with every sip. With notes of lightly toasted bread, floral hops and a smooth finish, this bear is meant to be paired with, well, life.

A Pale Mosaic

American IPA

ABV: 5.9%

IBU: 60

A Pale Mosaic is the American style IPA showcasing a fairly new hop variety called Mosaic. The beer begins with a base of German Pale Ale and Vienna malts and is brewed for a light, crisp malt body. They use Oregon grown hops for bittering, targeting 60 IBU’s, and follow that up with a hefty whirlpool addition. Finally, they dry-hop with Mosaic, Citra and Nugget to deliver a beer that is clean and complex with notes of pine resin, grapefruit pith and blueberries.

ALT-eration

Altbier

ABV: 5%

IBU: 40

ALT-eration is brewed using old world techniques, German malts and noble hop varieties. They blend German Pale Malt with hefty portions of Munich & Vienna. A touch of black malt adds a deeper copper color while their multi-temperature mashing program combines a classic upfront maltiness with a crisp finish. Hopping it with German Hersbrucker & Czech Saaz ensures a classy bitterness with a spicy flavor and aroma.

Pale Dog

American Pale Ale

ABV: 6%

IBU: 50

An homage to their chairman Suzy, Pale Dog is full of character with a dry, crisp finish. They start with a base of the highest quality Pale Ale malt they can find, then blend small amounts of Vienna and CaraMunich for character and mouthfeel. They also mash at a low temperature for maximum starch conversion. Pale Dog has a strong aroma and a very balanced bitterness. They bitter with Nugget and finish with loads of Cascade and Centennial hops to deliver a rich, dank citrus finish.

Porter Culture

Baltic-Style Porter

ABV: 6.5%

IBU: 35

Their Baltic Porter starts with a base of Pale and Munich malts and they layer in chocolate wheat and de-bittered black malt to provide flavor of coffee, dark chocolate, raisins and just a hint of roast. Appropriately hopped to provide a crisp bitterness in the finish and fermented with our house lager yeast to provide a neutral yeast profile that stays out of the way and lets the malts take center stage.

787ö2

Kölsch

ABV: 5.35%

IBU: 45

78702 is brewed in the style of a traditional Kolsch. Hailing from Germany, this style is blonde in color, bright and clear with a lasting white foam head. Aromas of bready malt and spicy noble hops pop out of the glass and the flavor delivers thirst quenching refreshment, with an ever so slight malty and fruity finish. 78702 has a refreshing bitterness and clean crisp finish.
